Exceptionally nice rooms, good place overall!

Really helpful staff, favourable location.

The location was incredible with tons of museums and delicious food options within walking distance. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and the hot water and jacuzzi bath were a luxurious touch. The balcony offered a nice place to unwind. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement, like better kitchen equipment and a faster Wi-Fi connection, but overall, it was a great experience.

Magnificent location so close to the restaurants and bars, bars, everything good. Chapultepec subway station nearby...

The people at front desk were kind and helpful. Other than that read all the reviews carefully from all websites. Noise was mentioned but I have lived in a big city but not right in front of a highway.Fridge failed ruining food. No lights in bath.

Loud traffic,18 wheelers, trash trucks, ambulances, motorcycles and cars, 24 hours a day.Owner said she disclosed it was on a busy avenue which was actually an access road to the highway/autopista below.No a/c but poorly functioning fan. Microwave br

The suite was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. The location was central and convenient, close to the park and other attractions. The building had excellent security measures, including cameras and friendly doormen. The staff provided daily cleaning service and were helpful.

We felt very safe throughout our stay and had no reason to complain about the security.

Super secure entrance with friendly security personnel verifying my prepaid stay and handing me the key. Great location, spacious apartment with hot water and a jaw-dropping jacuzzi bath. the lack of English-speaking staff made it challenging to communicate my concerns, especially when I encountered a problem with the safe. the mini fridge was broken and couldn't be replaced.
